Add Documents to Bidders (Contracting)

Within the Ediphi platform, users possess the capability to conveniently upload and download a diverse range of bidder documents. This functionality is seamlessly integrated within the Contracting section of the project, precisely nestled under Scope Sheets. This invaluable feature empowers users to effortlessly upload vital documents such as bids or any other pertinent information that will substantially enhance decision-making for estimates.

How to Upload Bidder Documents

To upload documents to a bidder in your project, first go into the specific Bid Package (Bid Group) within the Contracting that the bidder in question is located. Once under the Scope Sheet section, click on the Bidder Menu located next to the bidders company's name and select Documents.

A pop-up will appear allowing you to drag an drop documents. Alternatively, you can click on the box and it will allow you to select the file you want to upload from your computer. We currently support a range of file types like .pdf, .csv, .xlxs, .docx, etc.

Once you select or drag and drop a file, it will get uploaded under this pop-up with the name of the file, and the uploaded date.

How to Download Bidder Documents

To download bidder documents, first go into the specific Bid Package (Bid Group) within the Contracting that the bidder in question is located. Once under the Scope Sheet section, click on the Bidder Menu located next to the bidders company's name and select Documents.

A pop-up will appear allowing you to view any uploaded documents under that bidder. Click on the Download button of the document you wish to download.

How to Delete Bidder Documents

To delete bidder documents, first go into the specific Bid Package (Bid Group) within the Contracting that the bidder in question is located. Once under the Scope Sheet section, click on the Bidder Menu located next to the bidders company's name and select Documents.

A pop-up will appear allowing you to view any uploaded documents under that bidder. Hover over the file in question you'd like to remove, and click on the Trash Can icon.

The platform will ask you to confirm that you want to delete the file. Click Confirm.
