Archiving a Project

In Ediphi, users have the capability to archive projects, and their admins have the ability to restore them as necessary. This feature enables users to efficiently organize their project list within the platform, without risking the loss of any crucial information that may require retrieval in the future.

How to Archive a Project

On your My Projects page within your Ediphi account you will see a list of projects.

  1. Hover over a project you would like to Archive.
  2. To the right, you will see the option to favorite your project, as well as an ellipsis for more options.
  3. Click on the ellipsis, and select Archive.

Note: You can only archive projects from the List or Grid views.

How to Restore an Archived Project (Admin only)

In order to restore an Archived project, you must be an Admin in the account. If you’re not an admin, we recommend reaching out to them so they can retrieve the Archived project for you. Here's how to do it:

  1. Click on the Admin dropdown located at the top right of your screen
  2. Click Archived. You will see a list of all the Archived projects within your account.

  3. To restore an Archived Project, click on Restore to Active Projects for the specific project you'd like to bring back.

Pro Tip: If the list of Archived Projects is too long, you can always use the search bar located at the top to easily search for your project.
