We’re excited to introduce AI Answers, a new feature designed to help you find answers faster! Instead of searching through full support articles, you can now chat with AI to get quick, relevant responses—right from our Help Center.

How AI Answers Works

AI Answers pulls information directly from our Help Center to provide general answers to your questions. Just type your question into the chat, and the AI will do its best to provide a helpful response.

Need more details or your question is very complex? Don’t worry! If AI can’t fully answer your question, a support case will be automatically created for our team (of humans, promise) to follow up.

Getting the Best Answers

To get the most accurate and helpful response, try asking clear and specific questions. Here are some examples:

Best way to ask:

  • How do I delete a sort field?
  • Where can I manage my sort fields?
  • I changed my grouping in my cost model, and I lost my edits

Less effective:

  • Sort field
  • Lost edits

If your first answer isn’t quite right, try rephrasing your question, just like you would when chatting with a support agent.
