Managing Business Units
Note: Only Global Admins have the ability to manage Business Units within Ediphi.
Business Units is a feature that can help Admins organize and understand usage across their teams. As a foundational layer of user metadata, Business Units work alongside project location data to provide meaningful insight into how adoption is growing across different parts of an organization. Admins can create and manage a customizable list of Business Units and assign users to them individually or in bulk, with the flexibility to reassign users as teams evolve over time.
