Ediphi Academy is a training and certification platform designed to help users learn Ediphi, from their first login to becoming confident power users. Through structured learning paths, short video content, quizzes, and progress tracking, Ediphi Academy enables customers to onboard faster and learn at their own pace.
The platform includes five guided courses covering the full Ediphi experience, with more than 50 short training videos and knowledge checks that reinforce learning and track progress. Ediphi Academy is also a valuable resource for students and educators looking to build preconstruction and estimating skills as they prepare to enter the construction industry.

Access to Ediphi Academy
Ediphi Academy is invite-only by design. Once given access, your company will be assigned a Company Admin who can independently invite, manage, and assign training to their own team members.
If you are an existing Ediphi customer and would like access to Ediphi Academy for your company or would like more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

I would like access to Ediphi Academy. How do I get it?
We recommend reaching out to your Company Admin to request an invitation. If you do not have a Company Admin yet, but are an existing Ediphi customer, contact your Customer Success Manager to request access.

What if I didn’t receive my invite email?
Contact your Ediphi Academy Company Admin or Customer Success Manager to request your invite email be resent.
How do I reset my Ediphi Academy password?
Contact your Ediphi Academy Company Admin or Customer Success Manager to request a password reset.
Why am I seeing an “Auth session missing” error message when logging in?
This error message could appear due to the following reasons:
- You have not been invited to Ediphi Academy, but tried to access the site.
- You have been invited, but tried to access the site directly instead of accessing via your invitation email.
- You have been invited, and have accessed the site via your invitation email, but your authorization has expired. Invitations expire after 24 hours.
- If you’re still having login issues, contact your Customer Success Manager.
