Project Visibility

Within Ediphi, when creating or editing a project, you have the option to adjust your project's Visibility, which allows you to either set your project as Private, or Public. Here's what each option entails:

Private Visibility

Private is the normal state and choice by default of all projects in the platform. Users will only see the project if they are an Admin, or if they have been explicitly invited to the project as a user.

Public Visibility

Public projects are visible to everyone within the company, regardless of permission status. However, only Admins or users explicitly added to the project can edit. This means that users can view all files within this public project as Read Only and can duplicate the Estimates to their own projects so they can use them as templates if needed.
