Key Features in Schedule of Values (Contracting)

In Ediphi, within the Contracting module, the Schedule of Values is essential in seeing Bid Packages and pricing. We have detailed some key features below.

Key Features in Schedule of Values (Contracting):

• Ability to make game time decisions via the Subcontractor Pricing section within SOV by showing the lowest bidders side by side without having to jump into individual scope sheets.

  

  
  

• Ability to Carry Bidders in both the Subcontracting Pricing section within SOV and Scope/Buy Sheets per Bid Package.

  

  
  

• Ability to view the first 3 bidders (lowest bidders) from the Scope Sheet in the Subcontractor Pricing section per Bid Package.

  

  
  

• If you Reorder Bidders in the Scope Sheet, the updated order will show in the Subcontractor Pricing section within SOV. Keep in mind, the carried bidder will always show first in the list.

  

  
  

• If you decide to carry the Estimated Value from the Scope Sheet in a Bid Package, this will show a new icon within the Estimate tab in the SOV in that Bid Package, indicating such. Hover over the icon to see "Estimated Value Carried."

  

  
  

• Awarded Bid Packages will have a green Award Ribbon icon on the left per Bid Package, and the awarded bidder will have a Green Star icon next to their name.

  

• Column management, inheriting the Estimates Line Items tab functionality, for hiding columns, rearranging columns, and more.
