Browser Troubleshooting
If you ever run into issues while using Ediphi, this could be related to your web browser or network configuration and can be resolved by following these below troubleshooting steps.
In this article:
Clearing your Browser Cache
Browser cache stores temporary data from websites, such as images and fonts, which makes browsing faster and easier overall. However, deleting your browser cache from time to time will improve speed and performance. Identify your browser of choice below and follow the steps:
Clear your Cache in Chrome
- In the top right corner of your browser window, click the 3 dots (ellipses).
- Click Delete browsing data.
- Choose the data you want to delete and time range.
- Click Delete data.

Clear your Cache in Edge
- In the top right corner of your browser window, click the 3 dots (ellipses).
- Click Settings.
- On the left panel, click on Privacy, Search, and Services.
- Scroll down to Delete browsing data, and click Choose What to Clear.
- Choose the data you want to delete and time range.
- Click Clear Now.

Clear your Cache in Firefox
- In the top right corner of your browser window, click the Menu button.
- Select Settings.
- On the left panel, click on Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data, and click Clear Data...
- Choose the data you want to delete and time range.
- Click Clear.

Pro Tip: If you ever need to "hard refresh" your browser page, you can do so by holding down CTRL + SHIFT + R on your keyboard. (For Mac, exchange CTRL for CMD)
Note: Please keep in mind the benefits of selecting the Time Range of "All Time" as opposed to just 24 hours. This comprehensive clearing of cache resolves persistent website display issues, frees up significant storage space, and ensures the browser loads the absolute latest version of web pages.
Disabling Browser Extensions
If you're still experiencing issues after clearing your browser cache, check whether you have any browser extensions enabled. Extensions (add-ons) can sometimes interfere with how websites function. Try turning off all of your browser extensions temporarily, and if the problem resolves, turn your extensions back on one at a time to determine which one is causing the issue. Identify your browser of choice below and follow the instructions to turn off extensions:
Disable Browser Extension in Chrome
-
In the top right corner of your Chrome window, click the puzzle icon.

- In the dropdown, click the 3 dots (ellipsis) next to the extension. Then choose Manage Extension.

- A window will appear showing your extension. Turn off the blue toggle.

Disable Browser Extension in Edge
- In the top right corner of your Edge window, click the puzzle icon.

- In the dropdown, click the 3 dots (ellipsis) next to the extension. Then choose Manage Extension.

- A window will appear showing your extension. Turn off the blue toggle.

Disable Browser Extension in Firefox
- In the top right corner of your Firefox window, click the puzzle icon.

- A window will appear showing your extension. Turn off the blue toggle.

Pro Tip: As a quick test, navigate to an Incognito Window to see if the issue persists. By default, Incognito Windows disable all extensions unless explicitly specified by the user not to disable it. If the issue is resolved within an Incognito Window, this confirms the issue can likely be resolved by clearing the cache or disabling extensions.
