Manage GCs & GRs Employees
In Ediphi, Admins can easily manage their company's Employee database, allowing them to update all Employees listed under Staffing for GCs & GRs. Setting up your Employees in the Admin tool will streamline the Staffing process within the GCs & GRs module.

How an Employee is Used in Ediphi
In Ediphi, employees are managed through the Staffing tab within the GCs & GRs module. An Employee represents an individual associated with your company for tracking time, pay, and activities. However, Employees are distinct from Users; while Users are employees who actively use Ediphi, Employees exist solely for data tracking purposes within the platform.
The Employee list in the Admin tool serves as the central database for your company’s employees within the GCs & GRs module. If you’re wondering where your staffing data originates, this is the source.
Note: If you need to add new Users to the platform, please refer to our Manage Users article for more details.
How to Add an Employee
To add an Employee to the database, follow these steps:
- Under the Admin dropdown located at the top-right of your screen, click on Employees.
- Select New Employee.
- Fill out all fields as they are required, and select the checkbox for Active.
- Click Save.

After adding Employees, check your Staffing tab in the GCs & GRs module to see them listed.
Note: If you have a large list of Employees that you’d like to import into your Employee database, please contact our support team for assistance.
How to Edit an Employee
If you ever need to edit your Employees, here's how:
- Click on the ellipses icon on an Employee, then select Edit.
- In the Edit Employee modal, edit any information listed.
- Click Save.
How to Delete an Employee
If you ever need to delete an Employee, here's how:
- Click on the ellipses icon on an Employee, then select Delete.
- A pop-up will appear confirming the deletion. Click Confirm.
Note: Another way to delete an Employee is by unchecking the Active checkbox in the Edit Employee modal and clicking Save.
