Linking GCs & GRs and Estimates
In Ediphi, there are two ways you can link your Estimates and GCs & GRs in order to better manage your projects and make better informed decisions. These methods offer different data based on how you link them, so we’re going to break down both ways in this article and show you the perks of each.

Linking a GC & GR to an Estimate
When working on a GC & GR, you have the option to link it to an Estimate within your project which allows you to include estimate values in the GC & GR formulas.
To link a GC & GR to an Estimate, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the GC & GR you want to link within your project, then click the gear icon on the top right. This will take you to the Edit GCGR page.
- Under "Linked Estimate", select the estimate you want to link to the GC & GR. Once done, scroll down and click "Save".
Linking an Estimate to a GC & GR
When working on an Estimate, you have the option to link it to a GC & GR within your project, which gives you the option to link GC & GR line items as markups and/or into bid packages. This option also allows you to view the total GCs & GRs that you have allocated in your estimate markup, or your estimate bid packages within the Report tab of your GC & GR.
To link an Estimate to a GC & GR, simply follow these steps:
- Go to the estimate you want to link within your project, then click the gear icon on the top right. This will take you to the Edit Estimate page.
- Under "GCGR", select the GC & GR you want to link the Estimate to. Once done, click "Save".
