Working in the Cloud with Ediphi
Ediphi is a cloud-based platform, meaning your work is securely stored online and accessible from anywhere. It’s also browser agnostic, allowing you to use it on any modern web browser—such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Edge. Additionally, you can have multiple browsers, tabs, or instances of Ediphi open at the same time, giving you greater flexibility in your workflow.
Because multiple sessions can be open at once, it’s important to understand how updates are handled across different instances.

Keeping Your Estimate Updated
If changes are made to an estimate, either by another user or by yourself in another open tab, Ediphi will notify you. A blue Update Available button will appear at the top of your screen.
Click the Update Available button to synchronize your estimate with the latest changes. This ensures you’re always working with the most current version of your data.
Note: Always click Update Available promptly to prevent conflicts or the potential of overwriting recent edits.

Return to the Home Page Easily
At any time, you can navigate back to the Home Page by clicking the Ediphi icon located at the top left of the screen. This is a quick way to reset your view or start a new task.
Your Work is Automatically Saved
Ediphi automatically saves your work in real time. There’s no need to manually save your progress.
Pro Tip: If you would like to capture your estimate at a specific point in time (for example, before making major changes), you can create a snapshot using our Versions Feature.
Right-Click for More Options
You can right-click anywhere on the grid to open a context menu with additional options for editing and managing your estimate. This can speed up your workflow significantly.
Use Keyboard Shortcuts for Faster Navigation
Take advantage of Ediphi’s Keyboard Shortcuts to quickly navigate and perform actions without using your mouse.
