Advanced Features

• Alternates - Allow you to explore/compare different materials, methods, or components within an estimate. Options are kept open until you accept one, which automatically moves it's line items and cost into the Base Bid.
• Assemblies - Assemblies bundle related components for easy reuse. When linked to the Geometry Worksheet, they stay generic and auto-update (e.g. footing sizes).
• Attributes - An extension of the Area Sheet, estimate-level variables, like "Depth of Bedrock" or "Footing Waste Factor" that can be created and used in quantity formulas.
• Geometry - A scratchpad for quick math, formulas, quantities and take off items such as Footings.
• Systems - A micro estimate within your project.
• Versions - Capture a point-in-time snapshot of your estimate.
